In almost every neighbourhood there is a house that sticks out. Maybe it's because the property owner refuses to change. Maybe it's because the property owner does not want to live in a neighbourhood full of houses that all look exactly the same. Or maybe it's because the property owner is just plain nuts.
In our neighbourhood, there is a house that sticks out like a sore thumb. I have no idea who lives in it, but it is surrounded by brand new towhnhouses and condos. Across the street from it is a brand new coffee shop. This house is the complete opposite of everything around it. But you know what ? It's AWESOME !

The house is especially famous in our neighbourhood for two reasons. There is a pygmy goat named Anna Paprika that is penned up in the front, and there is a very large goose (which I didn't get a photo of) that roams freely around the yard. Every weekend we stop to see Anna Paprika, and she is a very friendly goat. I'm not alone in doing this either. There is always a small crowd of people that are there to look at Anna Paprika. She must be a pet, because there is 2 doghouses and a ramp for her to play on.

Anna Paprika appears to be a very healthy goat. She adds a lot of character to our neighbourhood. If you're ever out at the end of No. 2 Rd, grab yourself a coffee, and say hello to Anna Paprika and her goose friend.

your pal,
Beadle

does this goat ever get to roam beyond its enclosure? Goats make excellent lawn mowers!
I'd like to see pictures of the house with the neighbouring lots in the shot; see some contrast.
