STEVESTON SALMON FESTIVAL

We spent Canada Day at home in Steveston. The annual Salmon Festival and Parade was on, and we didn't want to miss out. The line up for barbecued Salmon was over 2 hours long, so we opted for kosher smoked salmon and cream cheese on bagels instead (they were amazing).

I don't know what else to tell you about the day. It was awesome. Events like this are often difficult to get to, and can be more hassle than they are worth. All we had to do to get to the salmon festival was step outside our front door and take a short walk into the village.
