I've officially been running for over one year now. Last year I ran the Dave Reed Spring Classic with a time of over 31 minutes. This year I completed the same run in under 27 with a time of 26.46 minutes. All this running is actually starting to pay off. I really had no idea. The photo below was taken near the end of the race. As you can tell I was in a bit of pain. I'm under strict orders not to post any photos of anyone else I was running with that day. Their photos are equally bad. HAHAHA !
Natsuko finished the 5k in an amazing 24.59 minutes !
And my father finished the 5k in an unbelievable 21.51 minutes !
Congratulations guys !!!
your pal,
Beadle
