HITACHINO NEST JAPANESE CLASSIC ALE

Beer and Sushi go great together ! Especially when you're enjoying both on a long weekend. And especially when you're having sushi from SETO SUSHI in Richmond. Our two favorite places for sushi are SETO and VILLAGE SUSHI BAR. Both of these restaurants never disappoint us.

When my friend Cam moved back to Vancouver a few months back, we celebrated at GUDRUN (another awesome place to eat) with some unique beers. Cam ordered a Japanese beer called HITACHINO NEST JAPANESE CLASSIC ALE. It's a little bitter, but tastes great. Plus we both fell in love with the art on the bottle. I looked it up online and discovered there is only one liquor store in the lower mainland that sells this beer. BREWERY CREEK on Main St. A single bottle will set you back about 4 dollars.
