This was a horrible run. But wow did we ever feel good for completing it. When we started running it was 26 degrees and when we finished it felt like it was atleast 30 degrees. The west dyke trail we ran on has almost no shade and it was a scorcher.
The next run won't be until the Fall, so we'll have to go back to the Grouse Grind before then :)
