While we were there it snowed, rained, and was very windy. But we didn't care. We still had a great time ! We sat inside one of the bird blind huts and ate candy while we looked at birds with our binoculars. Jamieson and I talked about all kinds of things, such as:
-What we want to be when we grow up
-What our favorite video games are
-Would a bird ever attack a human
-What our favorite flavor of skittles is
-How you tell an adult Coot from a Juvenile Coot

You'll see a lot of different types of birds at the Sanctuary. However the main attraction has to be the mallard ducks. There is thousands of them, and they all love to be fed. The Sanctuary sells bags of wild seed for 50 cents each. We bought a few bags and made a lot of duck friends. They instantly recognize the brown seed bags so you have to watch out or you'll end up surrounded. Jamieson attempted to make an escape, but the ducks don't give up very easily. They followed us around the entire park !
