HOPKINS AND BONNIE
On Saturday June 27th, 2009 Jason and Bonnie got married. The ceremony was at Deer Lake Park in Burnaby, and the reception followed at the Burnaby Firefighter's club. The sun was shining and the wedding was beautiful.
We're lucky to say that we've known Hopkins and Bonnie for a long time. We're lucky that we can call them our friends. They are both kind, considerate, and honest people. The wedding was an emotional one for everyone invited.
Hopkins mentioned to me a few days before the wedding that they were still working on speeches and vows. I figured they must be putting a lot of thought into them, and they definitely did. Almost everyone was in tears by the time Bonnie and Hopkins had finished reading their vows to each other.
They had every detail of the event covered too !
-The bridesmaids hid Bonnie behind a wall of umbrellas so she could move from one end of the park to the other without being seen.
-There was no favors on the tables because they chose to make donations to the MS Society instead (awesome).
-There was a few of us in attendance that don't eat meat (but do eat seafood) so we got special salmon meals ! And the salmon tasted amazing !
It was a fabulous wedding and we were lucky to be invited.
CONGRATULATIONS HOPKINS AND BONNIE !
We hope you guys have a fantastic Honeymoon !
your pal,
Beadle
